Doctor of Physical Therapy

Lacy Kells is a Fayetteville native who graduated with her BS in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University. She has a passion for Pelvic Health because of her own experiences with pelvic pain, pregnancy, postpartum depression/anxiety, and recovery from a vaginal delivery and twin delivery via Cesarean section.

One-on-one, personalized care every session

Physical therapy shouldn’t feel rushed or generic. Here you will ALWAYS get one-on-one care, allowing more time for listening, evaluating, and treating the whole person. More time with your therapist each visit means fewer overall visits, easier scheduling and access to your PT through your portal 24/7.

At FPH we can focus on what you actually need rather than treating one body part at a time and rushing through visits because of insurance limitations. Your care is tailored to you, is always hands-on and is always designed to fit your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.

You deserve more than a list of exercises. More than standing in a gym corner doing a third set of ten unsupervised. Here you can be heard, understood, and treated as an entire person.
